Lindsay Lohan wanted to play Regina George in Mean Girls

We?Ve all seen Mean Girls at the least a million times, proper? So we all know how perfectly prepare it is.

But believe a world wherein the movie changed into turned on its head. Imagine if Regina George became played via a person else. It doesn?T bear thinking about, does it?

Well it turns out the star of the movie, Lindsay Lohan, turned into actually desperate to play Regina and not Cady Heron.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Lindsay discovered that she discussed playing Regina at duration with director Mark waters, however he just wasn?T having it.

?Mark came out to scout locations for Mean Girls and came to look me at my inn and stated, ?Do you wanna do that movie?? I desired to play Regina. I had simply played in Confessions [of a Teenage Drama Queen] and Freaky [Friday] not the cool lady in school. I was still 17 years old and I desired to be the cool girl on set.
